Need more information on My coaching practice?

I’m happy to answer all of your questions below…

For newbies & beginners…

What’s the first step to Somatic Life Coaching?
Typically I ask potential clients to schedule themselves in for a free thirty minute discovery call. You will be directed to fill out a simple form before selecting a time on the calendar that works best for you. In our discovery call, I will walk you through my Pleasure Path Methodology and the framework I use to help clients get results, we’ll discuss your main challenges as well as your desired outcome, and I’ll ask a few questions to ensure that coaching is a right fit for you.

For potential clients…

How long are your coaching sessions?
My coaching sessions are approximately fifty minutes in length.

Is there a particular structure or particular topics you cover in coaching?
I prefer to take a more organic approach to my coaching practice, this means there isn’t a set structure. Rather, I support my clients with whatever challenges or concerns they may be having at that particular time. However, the main focus of my somatic coaching containers are always around intimacy in relationships, inner child work and building your career or business.

What’s your coaching style like?
Typically during a coaching session, we bring awareness to the root cause of the challenges my clients are experiencing by creating a safe and non-judgmental space for them to speak freely, drop into their body and process their emotions. I usually ask deep and intriguing questions as well as reflect anything I’m noticing back to the client. I often take clients through Somatic Therapy Exercises, Parts Work, Visualisations, EFT Tapping, Inner Child Activations, Nervous System Regulation Practices & Tantric Sacred Sexuality Practices. At the end of session, I normally give my clients a tangible action step that needs to be completed before our next session. I call this Home Play. The work I do with clients is very body based & practical. Each coaching session is unique and tailored to suit the individual client’s needs in that particular session.

How many somatic coaching sessions does the average person need?
Everyone is different and experiences unique challenges throughout their life. This means that the level of support each person requires, during that particular phase in their life, differs. I usually recommend that clients come for at least six consecutive months because real change occurs over time, through consistency and a commitment to healing.

What else do I need to know about Somatic Life Coaching?
Somatic Life Coaching is highly beneficial for anyone who is ready to dive deeper into self mastery. It does require a time commitment of at least two hours a week between the actual session and any home practices I may recommend. It is also meant for individuals who are committed to their healing journey and who want to feel fully supported during the process.

Who is somatic coaching for?
Somatic Life Coaching is for you if you want to radically step into a space of self mastery, self love and deeper connection with yourself. It is for those of us who are willing to do the inner work in order to create a healthier, happier and more enjoyable life experience. Coaching can significantly improve your relationship to yourself and others, transform your finances, improve your physical health and help you move towards your goals & dreams.

Somatic Life Coaching is NOT for persons who have severe PTSD, who are terminally ill and who are currently experiencing severe chronic trauma.
